The Experience Behind Estatewyze
Estatewyze was founded by Melissa Shymko, a trusted advisor in private home and estate management and the founder of Project Preservation, a firm known for its white-glove oversight of complex residential properties.
Over the course of her career, Melissa and her team have managed nearly a billion dollars in residential real estate assets, supporting homeowners through renovations, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and long-term property preservation. Her work spans luxury estates, multi-property portfolios, and primary residences — all with the same guiding principle: well-run homes require knowledge, structure, and foresight.
Early in her career, Melissa experienced firsthand how fragmented and unreliable most homeowner guidance can be — scattered articles, conflicting advice, and information that rarely reflects real-world conditions. Estatewyze is her answer to that gap.
